About the event
Join us for a lakeside adventure in Wautoma, WI. Our weekend will be filled with hiking, nature, exploring downtown areas, crafting, lake views, hot tub time and homemade meals we cook together! We will spend evenings playing games, sharing stories and sitting around the campfire making smore's and other fun desserts!
*Overnight accommodations: We will be staying in a 5-bedroom cabin on Silver Lake in Wautoma. This home is complete with hot tub, campfire area, deck space to enjoy the lake view and a game room in the basement for evening entertainment for all!
Cost: $600
*DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION
*Trip cost includes transportation, accommodations, staff time, meals and activities.
*If you wish to purchase souvenirs or shop in the downtown stores, please bring additional funds.
*IRIS funding - If wishing to get IRIS funding approval added to your plan we are ablet to get some costs covered we recommended adding the following codes and items to your plan prior to trip date.
*Friday 9/18/26 - $100 (Travel, 1 meal, Staff Time) - Code T2020
*Saturday 9/19/26 - $200 (Travel, 2 meals, Staff Time) - Code T2020
*Sunday 9/20/26 - $200 (Travel, 2 meals, Staff Time) - Code T2020
Registration and Paperwork - We are kindly asking a 50% deposit when registering for this event (*Even if you receive IRIS funding) to ensure funding is available for overnight accommodation fees. We will also be sending required paperwork via email once deposit is received to ensure registration is complete. *Please note there are limited spots for this event.
