Wisconsin Dells Travel Trip - Kalahari Resort

Join us for an exciting adventure in Wisconsin Dells! We will be spending the weekend at the Kalahari Resort. Please check out their venue here: https://www.kalahariresorts.com/wisconsin. We will be staying in a 5 bedroom house with shuttle services to and from the Waterpark!

*Overnight accommodations: We will be staying the Kalahari Nyumba Entertainment Villas: 5 Bedroom Entertainment Loft House! This is a 3-level standalone beautiful building with five bedrooms: 1 with a plush king bed and 4 with 2 plush queen beds in each. There is a total of 4 full bathrooms, a spacious living room and 7 flat screen TVs. Don’t forget about the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to entertain. Plus, the lower lever features a spacious living room with a full wet bar, pool table and card table with chairs. Take a moment to breathe in the fresh air on the several patios and balconies. These homes are located on property, but disconnected from the main resort behind the Sands Building. Complimentary shuttle service is provided for the back and forth to the Water and Amusement Park areas.

*Trip cost includes: hotel, waterpark passes, meals, travel to and from venue and staffing fees.

*If you wish to purchase souvenirs or arcade and amusement passes please bring additional funds.

*IRIS funding - If wishing to get IRIS funding approval added to your plan we are ablet to get some costs covered we recommended adding the following codes and items to your plan prior to trip date.

*Transportation - We received approval for transportation reimbursement as well that you can add to your plan we recommend if you are able to add this to your plan to request the below codes to have travel feels covered as well.

Registration and Paperwork - We are kindly asking a 50% deposit when registering for this event (*Even if you receive IRIS funding) to ensure hotel registration fees are paid timely. We will also be sending required paperwork via email once deposit is received to ensure registration is complete.
